The highlight of the night was the WCPO 9 Friday Football Game of the Week, which showcased a critical matchup between **_Anderson_** and **_Winton Woods_**, with both teams entering the game undefeated. This game was pivotal, as the winner would secure at least a share of the **_Eastern Cincinnati Conference title_**.

In a game full of excitement, Anderson emerged victorious with a score of **_31-17_**. This marks an impressive milestone for the Raptors, who are now **_9-0 for the first time_** since 2009. Anderson will wrap up its regular season next week against Loveland.

The evening also included **_Newport_** outscoring **_Bellevue_** with a high of **_39-0_**. **_Roger Bacon_** enjoyed a comfortable win over **_Purcell Marian_** with a score of **_29-8_**, and Cincinnati Country Day simply dominated **_Lockland_** to a resounding **_47-0_** victory.
