This past weekend, Tattersall kicked off her season with a stunning performance that not only showcased her skills but also set the stage for an exhilarating swim season ahead. Competing at Kelly Walsh High School, she has proven to be a remarkable asset to her team.

A Triumphant Start

You wouldn’t believe it, but in just her first meet of the season, Tattersall made quite a splash, qualifying for not one but three events! She secured an impressive second place in the 200 individual medley with an eye-popping time of 2:15.93. But wait, it gets better – she swam her way to the first place in the 100 freestyle with a fantastic finish of 54.80. To top it all off, she led the relay in the 50 freestyle, posting a speedy time of 25.26.

Also, she clocked in as a reliable relay lead in the 100 freestyle at a time of 55.97.

In total, Tattersall has pocketed an astounding six state qualifications for the upcoming 2024 Wyoming State Swimming and Diving Championships in Cheyenne, making her a standout swimmer to watch this season. Last weekend in Green River, she was on the ball again, qualifying for the state meet in six events overall, proving that she’s not just a flash in the pan but a consistent performer.

The day before, Jackson had already shown their prowess, winning the pre-invite with an impressive 359 points.
