This week is brimming with action as there are a whopping seven dual meets lined up, alongside four invitationals. It’s a full slate that promises to be both exciting and challenging for all the teams involved.

Dual Meets Schedule
Let’s take a look at the dual meets happening this week:
- Evanston at Riverton
- Cheyenne East at Cheyenne Central
- Cody at Worland
- Douglas at Buffalo
- Kelly Walsh at Sheridan
In addition, we have a Newcastle Tri-meet featuring Campbell County, Newcastle, and Thunder Basin, which is sure to heat things up in the pool!
Invitationals on the Horizon
And for those who are looking for more action, get ready for the exciting invitationals!
- Adam Denton Memorial Invitational: This two-day meet will have prelims featuring teams from Jackson, Kemmerer, Lander, Laramie, Natrona County, and Sublette County. Finals will see the same amazing schools compete for glory!
- Rock Springs Invitational: This event will bring together teams from Evanston, Green River, Lyman, Rawlins, Riverton, and, of course, Rock Springs to battle it out for bragging rights!

Looking Back at Previous Competitions
Reflecting back on the opening weekend, swimmers showed their talent in a series of pentathlons where some athletes managed to qualify for the state meet in Laramie! Events took place at the bustling pools of Gillette, Lander, and Rawlins, setting the stage for an exhilarating season ahead.
In the Lander relays, the results showcased Jackson winning five events and Lander clinching four. Our eyes were glued to the dual meet where Cheyenne Central faced off against Cheyenne South, resulting in a nail-biting victory for Central with a score of 130 to 110. Additional dual meet outcomes saw Douglas triumph over Rawlins with a score of 130 to 92, and Sheridan beat Buffalo with a score of 99 to 73.
In a recent triangular meet held at Gillette, Thunder Basin reigned supreme with a score of 114 points, edging out Kelly Walsh with 107 and Campbell County with 90. What a competitive spirit!
