With a staggering score of 114-35, DCU proved their dominance by clinching victory in nine out of 11 events.

A Star-Studded Performance

The star of the day was none other than Kailyn Neville, a senior hailing from Southern Door. She made waves in the pool, contributing to not just one, but four first-place finishes. Kailyn’s prowess shone brightly in the 500-yard freestyle, where she clocked an impressive time of 6:03.82. She then stretched her strength further with a stellar performance in the 100-yard backstroke, finishing in 1:11.44. To top it all off, she played a pivotal role in both the winning 200 freestyle relay, finishing at 1:59.65, and the 400 freestyle relay, which clinched the top spot with a time of 4:26.3.

Joining Kailyn in the spotlight was rookie sensation Hazel Monfils, also from Southern Door.
