This Thursday, the action kicks off in Riverton and Gillette, where the local teams will be racing at their respective venues. Riverton will be hosting the renowned Barry Bryant/Kyle Johnson Memorial CC Meet at the gorgeous Riverton Rendezvous Site. Teams competing include Arapaho Charter, Burlington, Lander, Lovell, Riverton, Rock River, St. Stephens, Wind River, and Worland. Running enthusiasts are in for a real treat!
Simultaneously, head over to Gillette for the Wayne Chaney Invitational, taking place at the Cam-Plex. Meanwhile, in Green River, the Green River XC Invitational is ready to rock at the scenic Rolling Green Country Club. The local teams, along with an out-of-state competitor from Manila, UT, will hit the ground running in this captivating event.
The Grand Finale of In-State Meets
And don’t forget, on Saturday, the final in-state competition unfolds in Ethete at the Chief Nations Invitational, hosted by Wyoming Indian High School. This meet will showcase a thrilling lineup, including teams like Arapahoe Charter, Thermopolis, Wind River, and Wyoming Indian with a special out-of-state participant from Little Wound, SD joining the excitement!
