Soccer enthusiasts were out in full force at the Allen Mitchell Athletic Complex, where the boys and girls teams put on an exciting display of skill and teamwork.
Boys Team Blows Away Competition
What a way to kick off the season for the boys soccer team! They came charging out of the gate with a phenomenal performance, securing an incredible 10-0 victory against Douglas-New Underwood on Friday. And as if that wasn’t enough, they kept the momentum going with a solid 5-1 win against Spearfish the very next day. This team was on fire!
Leading the charge was the sensational Roger Carranza, who netted a staggering five goals and dished out two assists against Douglas-New Underwood. He followed it up with another superb performance, adding two goals and an assist against Spearfish.
Hot on his heels was Patrick Bednarczyk, who contributed significantly with scores and assists throughout the weekend. Bednarczyk’s performance included a goal and two assists against Douglas-New Underwood, followed by two more goals against Spearfish. Talk about making an impact!
