UCLA Men’s Water Polo Team Unveils 2025 Schedule
LOS ANGELES – Today, the UCLA Men’s Water Polo team announced its schedule for the 2025 season, featuring a series of key matchups that promise excitement for fans. The Bruins will play host to all their MPSF rivals, including USC, Stanford, and California in home games.
The season kicks off with an opening match against Navy on August 29 at Coronado High School in California. Shortly after, UCLA will participate in the Triton Invitational on August 30, where they’ll take on UC Davis and UC San Diego.
In a unique exhibition, the team will head to New York to face Pro Recco at Asphalt Green’s Upper East Side Campus on September 3. Following this, UCLA will compete in the Princeton Invitational, starting with a game against California Baptist University on September 5.
The Bruins will open their home season against UC Irvine at Dirks Pool on September 12, followed by a match against Harvard the same day. Fans can look forward to a home stand featuring seven consecutive games, which includes the MPSF Invitational from September 19-21.
UCLA’s first MPSF match will be on the road against California on October 4, followed by a matchup at Stanford the next day. After this, the team will return home for a series of critical clashes, highlighted by games against USC on October 18, Stanford on November 1, and California on November 2.
On November 7, UCLA will celebrate “Senior Day” while hosting Pacific before wrapping up the regular season with another game against USC on November 15.
Looking ahead, Stanford will host the 2025 MPSF Championship from November 21-23. The Bruins will aim to defend their title at the 2025 NCAA Championship, which is also set to take place at Stanford from December 5-7.
