ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The excitement is building in Denver as the Broncos’ young quarterback, Bo Nix, has been recognized as the 64th-ranked player on this year’s NFL Top 100 list. This honor comes in just his second year and marks Nix’s first time eligible for this prestigious ranking. Alongside him, defensive lineman Zach Allen has also made the list, placing at No. 90.

The NFL Top 100 list is being revealed gradually, leading up to the unveiling of the top ten players on September 1. Nix had an impressive rookie season, breaking several franchise records along the way. He threw 29 touchdown passes, ranking as the second-highest total for a rookie in NFL history. Moreover, he was honored with two AFC Offensive Player of the Week awards during his debut year.

His performance was even more remarkable as he had seven games where he tallied a minimum of 200 passing yards, two touchdown passes, and zero interceptions, which has now become the most by a rookie in league history. Notably, Nix is the first Broncos quarterback since the Hall of Famer Peyton Manning to appear on the NFL Top 100 list.

This year’s Top 100 list includes other notable quarterbacks such as Jordan Love at No. 68, Sam Darnold at No. 72, Dak Prescott at No. 79, and Tua Tagovailoa at No. 91. As the season approaches, tackle Mike McGlinchey expressed enthusiasm about working together, saying, “We’re really excited for the opportunity to come into work and earn a chance to be at the top of the NFL.”

Nix has been focused on improvement this offseason, stating, “You don’t want to get to Year 2 and suddenly realize you didn’t get any better, so that’s my focus right now.” The Broncos will also be hosting pregame rallies in London and Washington, D.C., showcasing their commitment to connecting with fans and building excitement as the season unfolds.

With the team’s draft picks all officially signed and preparations underway, Denver is ready to take on the challenges of the upcoming season, aiming to elevate their performance and keep their eye on success.
