The voting for the High School Girls Lacrosse Player of the Year is officially open, and it’s time for you to have a say in who takes home this prestigious title!

How it Works

This year, readers will contribute a fantastic 25% of the total vote, while our dedicated Sports Editor, Laurie Los Lee, will weigh in with the remaining 75%. This only means one thing: your voice counts! You’ll get the chance to help decide who shines the brightest on the field. Jennifer Levrault

First up, we have Jennifer Levrault, who has taken the lacrosse world by storm! For the second consecutive year, she has been named the South Coast Conference MVP. Finishing her junior season with an impressive 87 goals and 50 assists, Jennifer’s coach has highlighted her ability to elevate the performance of her teammates while excelling in crucial situations. As a four-year starter, Jennifer has amassed a remarkable total of 167 career goals and 32 assists, and she’s earned All-Star recognition for four straight seasons. Talk about a powerhouse!

Madison Blanchard

Next up is Madison Blanchard, a seasoned player who has been with the Whalers for four years. As a senior midfielder, she has recorded 71 goals and 44 assists, playing a key role in her team’s playoff journey. Her head coach can’t help but rave about her playmaking ability and exceptional draw control skills. It’s evident that Madison is not just an exceptional player, but also a vital contributor to her team’s success!

Addison Tyler

Now let’s talk about Addison Tyler, who has shown tremendous promise and hard work. She achieved MAC All-Star status and greatly contributed to her team’s Mayflower Athletic Conference championship. With 54 goals, 24 assists, and 26 ground balls under her belt, Addison’s gains in draw control and shooting this offseason clearly demonstrate her commitment to improvement and excelling further. This young athlete is definitely one to watch!

Tyra Ferreira

Last but certainly not least, we have the talented Tyra Ferreira. With experience as a two-time South Coast Conference All-Star, Tyra has scored a staggering 208 career goals. Her dedication and performance over the years make her a worthy contender for the title. Tyra’s journey has inspired many, proving that with hard work and determination, anything is possible!
