The competition kicked off on Thursday and will run through Sunday, promising to showcase some of the best young talent the state has to offer.
Representing Wyoming with Pride
It’s impressive to note that athletes from 13 different schools are proudly representing Wyoming at this top-tier event. Among these schools, Jackson Hole and Sheridan have sent the largest number of competitors. An exciting atmosphere buzzes around as these young athletes take on their rivals from across the nation, each with dreams of personal triumph and glory.
In the spotlight, Waylon Cosby from Jackson Hole is ready to show off his skills in the high jump. But that’s not all for the Jackson Hole crew! They’re also making waves with various relays. These include the Boys’ and Girls’ Sprint Medley Relays and the Girls’ 4×100 and 4×400 meter relays, and yes, even a Mixed 4×400 relay. Talk about teamwork and synergy on the track!
Sheridan’s Standouts
Then we have Sheridan, where a talented bunch is set to strut their stuff. With athletes such as Olivia Hardesty competing in the 100 meters, and Loralai Ketner tackling both the 100 and 400 hurdle races, the excitement doesn’t stop there. Lilly Charest is all set to make a splash in the pole vault while others like Maddax Jarvis, Chance Morris, and Rudy Green are eager to sprint their hearts out in the 100, 200, and 400 meters. Sheridan’s Broncs aren’t just competing as individuals, they’ll also charge through the SMR and the 4×400 relays!

But the talent doesn’t end with Jackson Hole and Sheridan. A whole roster of athletes from across the state will also be representing Wyoming with grit and determination.
