Detroit Lions Center Frank Ragnow Announces Retirement

Detroit, MI – The Detroit Lions are facing a major change after center Frank Ragnow announced his retirement from the NFL on Monday. The 29-year-old player shared the news in a heartfelt social media post, stating that it was time to prioritize his health and the future of his family.

Ragnow’s decision marks the end of his impressive seven-season career, during which he became a cornerstone of the Lions’ offensive line. Ragnow mentioned, “These past couple of months have been very trying as I’ve come to the realization that my football journey is ending and I’m officially retiring from the NFL.” He went on to express his gratitude towards the Lions organization and the fans, emphasizing the honor he felt in representing his team.

Drafted in the first round in 2018, Ragnow quickly made his mark in the league.
