In the heart of Manchester, the West Delaware Hawks boys’ golf team has been stealing the spotlight with their impressive performances this season. The Hawks have recently clinched a narrow victory against Williamsburg by shooting a score of 147 to their opponent’s 150. This win was a nice cherry on top of their already stellar season, which also included a runner-up finish at the Solon Invitational. As it stands, West Delaware is ranked third in Class 3A with a combined adjusted team average of 157. In their opening competition, they made a splash with an impressive score of 310, marking the highest adjusted 18-hole average in the division.
