It appears that Smith is a hot commodity, with the Detroit Lions showing interest in acquiring him following an injury to their player, Aidan Hutchinson. Reports suggest that a fourth-round pick could be the compensation involved.
Meanwhile, the Arizona Cardinals are looking to strengthen their squad for a playoff push. They recently traded for outside linebacker Baron Browning from the Denver Broncos in exchange for a sixth-round draft pick. Browning, who recorded 9 1/2 career sacks, adds depth to the Cardinals’ pass rush.
