Indianapolis is feeling the impact of Hurricane Helene as many local high school football games have been postponed or canceled. With the storm remnants moving through Indiana, schools are taking precautions to prioritize the safety of their students and athletes.

Officials have announced that all after-school activities, including athletic events organized by the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS), are officially canceled for today. Makeup times for these events are still to be determined.
